Overview

OMNIA The Club opened on 3 March 2023 on Thabahi Sadak in Thamel, Kathmandu, and runs every night from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM with 18+ entry. The website carries the venue across two floors: an events programme with a page per night, a VIP section covering all four table tiers, a booking flow built on a 2D and 3D map of the room, a gallery, and visit and contact pages with the address and opening hours. Programming spans high-energy EDM and house, commercial hits, hip-hop, Bollywood and special live performances, and the site is written for the mix of locals, travellers, music lovers and nightlife enthusiasts the club describes as its crowd.

The challenge

A club sells a room, a night and a table — three things a flat page cannot express. Guests arriving from a phone at 9 PM need to know who is playing tonight, whether a table is still free, where that table actually sits in a two-floor venue, and what it costs, without a phone call. The site also had to hold four VIP tiers with different seating and minimum spends, a nightly programme that changes, and the venue's own service promises around priority entry, a dedicated server and security host, and bottle presentation — all readable on a small screen in low light.

The solution

The site is organised around the night rather than around pages. The events programme lists each night with its format and links through to its own page. The VIP section sets out Signature, Premium, Classic and Standing Rounds side by side with seating and minimum spend, so the choice is made before booking begins. Booking then hands over to an interactive 2D and 3D map of the venue where the guest picks their exact table, with live availability shown per night. WhatsApp sits alongside for enquiries that want a person. Gallery, visit and contact pages carry the address, the nightly hours and the 18+ entry rule, and privacy and terms pages complete the set.
