OMNIA The Club

Nightlife · Thamel, Kathmandu · Nightlife & events

A nightlife website for OMNIA The Club in Thamel, Kathmandu, built around the night itself: an events programme with a page per night, four VIP table tiers set out with their seating and minimum spend, and a booking flow that puts the guest on an interactive 2D and 3D map of a two-floor venue to choose their exact table.

OMNIA The Club homepage hero: a packed dance floor under green and yellow beams, with the gold OMNIA KATHMANDU wordmark and an All Events button.

The problem

A nightclub sells a room, a night and a table, and none of those survive a flat brochure page. A guest deciding at 9 PM on a phone needs four answers at once: who is playing tonight, is a table still free, where does that table sit in a two-floor venue, and what does it cost. Before the site, those answers lived in messages and calls. The venue also needed room for four VIP tiers with different seating and minimum spends, a programme that changes nightly, and its service promises — priority entry, a dedicated server and security host, bottle presentation — expressed without turning the page into a price list.

Our approach

We structured the site around the night rather than the org chart. The programme lists each night with its format and opens into a page of its own. The VIP section places Signature, Premium, Classic and Standing Rounds side by side with seating counts and minimum spends, so the decision is made before booking starts. Booking hands off to an interactive 2D and 3D map of the venue where the guest selects a specific table, with availability shown live for the chosen night. A WhatsApp line runs alongside for enquiries that want a person. Visit and contact pages carry the Thabahi Sadak address, the 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM hours and the 18+ entry rule; a gallery carries the room itself.

The outcome

OMNIA The Club is live at omniatheclub.com. The published site presents the nightly programme with individual event pages, the four VIP tiers with their seating and minimum spends, table selection on the interactive venue map with live per-night availability, a gallery, visit and contact pages, and privacy and terms pages — all responsive, and reachable directly over WhatsApp for VIP enquiries.

The night is the navigation

The events programme is the spine of the site. Each night is listed with its format — R&B and open format, open format, house — and opens into its own page, so a link shared on the afternoon of a party lands on that party rather than on a homepage the visitor then has to search. It also means the site changes weekly without anyone touching the layout.

Four tiers, stated plainly

VIP is presented as a comparison rather than a pitch: Signature seats ten across four tables, Premium seats eight across eight, Classic seats five to seven across nine, and Standing Rounds seat four to five across three, each with its minimum spend or an on-request line. The venue's service promises — priority entry, a dedicated server and security host, bottle presentation with sparklers and LED trays — sit with the tiers rather than in separate marketing copy.

Booking as a floor plan

Rather than a dropdown of table names, booking puts the guest on an interactive 2D and 3D map of the venue and asks them to pick the exact table. Availability is live and stated per night, so a guest can see how much of the room is still open before committing. For anything the map cannot settle, a WhatsApp line is one tap away.

Built for a phone in a dark room

Most of this traffic arrives on a phone, late, in low light, deciding quickly. The site is laid out for that: a dark palette, large touch targets, the address and the nightly 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM hours never more than a scroll away, and the 18+ entry rule stated up front rather than discovered at the door.
