- Recruitment agency
- Project
- Corporate recruitment website
Overview
The site is organised around primary routes for services, employers, job seekers, job opportunities, destinations, blog content, and company information. Its homepage introduces the agency’s global talent-acquisition role, then leads into a five-part service model, ethical hiring information, and destination coverage.
The challenge
The site needed to make a multi-stage overseas recruitment process clear for two distinct audiences—employers seeking workers and job seekers pursuing opportunities—while communicating the agency’s Nepal-based operations, service scope, and international destinations.
Our approach
The website establishes the agency’s role in a focused homepage hero before using modular service content to describe each stage of recruitment. Persistent navigation connects visitors to dedicated employer, job seeker, job opportunity, destination, blog, and about pages, while contact details remain accessible in the site header.
The solution
The website uses a direct top-level navigation and a homepage sequence that introduces the agency, outlines five recruitment services, and explains its people-first and compliance-focused positioning. Clear service labels and dedicated routes create paths into employer, job seeker, opportunity, destination, and company information.
The outcome
Montage Overseas now has a corporate website that presents its recruitment services, overseas destination coverage, and company information in one navigable experience. Employers and job seekers can move directly to information relevant to their route through the recruitment process.
A clear service framework
The services content is structured around five named areas: manpower recruitment, candidate screening and assessment, visa and documentation support, pre-departure orientation, and post-deployment support. Each area is introduced with a concise explanation of its role in the process.
Routes for both sides of recruitment
The main navigation gives employers and job seekers separate entry points, alongside job opportunities and destination pages. This structure reflects the site’s role as an information hub for people and organisations participating in overseas recruitment.
Nepal-to-global context
The site identifies Montage Overseas as operating from Kathmandu and presents placement coverage across Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
