Cookie Policy.

Vantelyx keeps its website deliberately light. This page lists every cookie and browser-storage item we use, why each one exists and how long it lasts. None are used for analytics or advertising.

The short version

  • No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or any similar tool.
  • Nothing is set just for visiting. Browsing the public website sets no cookies. The only stored item is a tab-only flag that skips the intro animation.
  • Everything else has a direct reason. Each cookie or storage item either signs you in, protects a form, completes a flow you started, or remembers a setting you chose.

That is why we don’t show a cookie-consent banner. Consent rules such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR exempt storage that is strictly necessary for a service you request. If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics, we will ask first. You will be able to accept or reject them, and they will stay off until you choose.

What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage, session storage and IndexedDB are similar browser features that keep information on your device. This policy uses “cookies” for all of them.

Cookies we set

These are first-party cookies from vantelyx.dev. Apart from the referral cookie, they are set only once you sign in or use a setting.

Security checks by other providers

Two security checks come from other providers. They load only on the pages that need them, not while you browse the website:

Google reCAPTCHAGoogleAn invisible bot check when you request an SMS verification code. Google may set or read its own cookies and collect device and browser signals.Set by GoogleSecurity (strictly necessary)
Cloudflare TurnstileCloudflareA bot check shown when you request an audit report without signing in. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies to track visitors.During the checkSecurity (strictly necessary)

See the Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

What we don't use

  • Analytics or statistics cookies.
  • Advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels.
  • Session recording or heatmaps.
  • Fonts, videos or maps from other sites. Our fonts and media are served from vantelyx.dev itself.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary items will stop some features from working. For example, you will not be able to sign in to Studio or verify your phone number. Clearing the preference items simply resets your theme or Work view.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
